I highly recommend all of the official Gene Keys books to enhance your comprehension and connection to the source material, however, they are not essential to gain value from the Gene Keys Quest Book.

The Quest Book is designed to be a standalone product that can guide you through the main themes of your profile, as well as complementing all the official source materials.

The distilled descriptions of the Gene Keys, Spheres and Line are intended as far a possible to convey the essence of the original teachings, while also offering a balance of fresh expression and insight within the Quest Book theme.

However, with just the Quest Book alone, the full depth, value and potential transformation through working with the Gene Keys will of course not be maximised. It could however be a excellent and inspiring start or embellishment to your journey.

We suggest starting with noon (12:00 PM). Your time of birth may not always have much effect on your Gene Keys Profile. It depends on whether you were born on or near a changing cusp.

If in doubt, you can do several Profiles and try a range of times (e.g., early in the morning and late in the evening). Then compare the Profile report (especially looking at the Gene Key numbers) and see if there is any difference.

If there is a difference, then you can read and contemplate the information given in the Golden Path Program and the Gene Keys book and trust your intuition to find the best fit for you.
