2.1 Gene Keys Quest Book
The Gene Keys Quest Book is a bespoke product, individually created for each customer based on personal birth data and a personalised Gene Keys profile. The book is available in two formats:
- Hardback Edition: A premium reading experience with an elegant format.
- Wiro Bound Edition: Resiliently designed for long-term use, laying flat for convenient study and note-taking.
Both editions contain identical content.
Product Use and Durability
The Hardback Edition is a premium, perfect-bound product using professional grade PUR glue. It is intended for an deeper reading experience and occasional use.
Due to the nature of perfect binding, it is recommended to handle the hardback edition with care to preserve its long term condition. For customers seeking a more durable option suited for frequent, long-term use, the Wiro Bound Edition is offered as a combo with the hardback edition. The wiro bound book is a robust edition designed to withstand frequent handling and lay flat for ease of study and reference.
2.2 Accuracy of Birth Data
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete birth data when placing an order for the Gene Keys Quest Book. This data includes the exact date, time, and location of birth.
2.3 Non-Refundable Orders Due to Incorrect Data
Once an order has been processed and gone into production, it cannot be refunded or cancelled due to inaccuracies in the birth data provided by the customer. The customisation of each book is based on the data submitted, and errors in this information will result in a final product that may not be accurate for the customer's needs.
2.4 Reorder Discount as a Goodwill Gesture
In cases where incorrect birth data was provided, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a significant discount for reordering the book with the correct data.
2.5 Reproduction Due to Data Entry Errors by Us
If the correct data was provided by the customer, but an error occurred on our part during the data entry process, we will reproduce the Gene Keys Quest Book at no additional cost to the customer. We will also cover any necessary shipping fees for the corrected book.
2.6 Add-on Official Gene Keys Golden Path Online Programs
When purchasing any official Gene Keys Golden Path Online Programs as an add-on to an order for a Gene Keys Quest Book, customers will receive a coupon code via email. The coupon code for any purchased Official Gene Keys Golden Path Online Programs must be redeemed on the Genekeys.com website within 60 days of receipt.
2.7 Refund Policy for Official Gene Keys Golden Path Online Program Add-ons
Customers are entitled to a 30-day refund policy for the Official Gene Keys Golden Path Online Program Add-ons. To request a refund, contact quinn@genekeysquest.com within 30 days of purchase.

- Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Costs
All prices for the Gene Keys Quest Book include free UK shipping. International orders may incur additional shipping fees detailed on the order form.
4.2 International Shipping
For international orders, while import taxes or customs charges are not expected in most countries, please be aware that any such charges that may apply in your specific region are the responsibility of the customer. Soul Integrity Ltd will not be liable for these additional costs.
4.3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery for the bespoke Gene Keys Quest Book is 2 to 6 weeks from the order date. This timeframe may vary during busy periods, and customers will be informed of any changes after ordering.
4.4 Inspection and Reporting of Damage
Upon receipt, customers should inspect their order for any damage incurred during transit. Any issues must be reported to quinn@genekeysquest.com promptly, including photographs and a detailed description so they can be reported to the shipment company for remedy. 5.1 Order Confirmation
Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon placing an order. Soul Integrity Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline an order at any time. Any refunds due will be made as required.
5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of the Gene Keys Quest Book, cancellations and refunds are limited. Customers may cancel their orders within 3 days of placing them for a full refund. After this period, the order will proceed to production, and no refunds will be issued.
- Replacement Policy for Defective Products
Refund and Replacement Policy for Hardback Edition
As the Gene Keys Quest Hardback Edition is designed for occasional use, any damage caused by excessive or improper handling (such as forcing the book to lay flat or excessive opening of the spine) is not eligible for refund or replacement. Replacements may be considered for manufacturing defects only. Customers are advised to use the Wiro Bound Edition for more frequent and durable use.
6.1 Eligibility for Replacement
If a book purchased shows significant defects within 30 days of receipt, customers may be eligible for a replacement, provided the damage is not due to mishandling.
6.2 Evidence and Assessment
Customers must provide photographic evidence of the defects. Upon review, a replacement may be offered at no additional cost.
6.3 Post-Grace Period
For defects reported between 30 and 60 days, we may still offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture, subject to our discretion.
6.4 Shipping Costs
We will cover shipping costs for delivering the replacement.
6.5 Exclusions
This policy does not apply to damage caused by accidental or improper handling.

7.1 Requesting Replacements
After the 60-day grace period, replacements or additional copies of the Gene Keys Quest book may be requested at a significantly discounted rate:
- Hardback Edition: £45 (usual price £175)
- Wiro Bound Edition: £60 (usual price £195)

7.3 Payment and Shipping
Upon request approval, customers will receive an invoice for the discounted rate. The replacement will be ordered upon payment receipt. Shipping costs may apply, and expected delivery times will be communicated.
7.4 Conditions
This offer is available once per book and is non-transferable. The replacement or additional copy will contain the same personalised content as the original.
- Product Quality and Page Condition
8.1 Humidity and Page Condition
Due to the extensive ink coverage and lamination on each page of the Quest Book, the acclimatization process to local humidity conditions after transit may result in temporary page waviness. This may occur because the page lamination can lead to uneven drying. This temporary condition is fairly common and typically resolves within a few days to three weeks depending on the circumstances.
8.2 Non-Refundable Condition
Page waviness that mostly resolves within the expected timeframe is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
8.3 Excessive Damage
If waviness persists beyond the normal adjustment period and significantly affects the book's usability or aesthetics, contact quinn@genekeysquest.com with photographs and a description. We can then arrange replacements as required.
